This 90-minute online Aikido and weapons training class is held on the first Sunday of every month for Aikido practitioners at all levels. During this class, Matsuoka Sensei will provide detailed discussions and demonstrations of all technical aspects of Aikido and weapons training. Participants will have the opportunity for direct interaction, personalized instruction, and recommendations from Matsuoka Sensei over video conference. With his unique approach to Aikido, Matsuoka Sensei will lead you through a process through which you will discover and develop the understanding of the subtleties which are the basis for conflict resolution of the art.
